About Me

That’s me and my friend Rocky, besides going to the park with him…

I’m an interdisciplinary scientist building experimental and computational platforms at the intersection of neuroscience, optics, and genomics. I develop custom imaging instruments, run in vivo genetic experiments, and build bioinformatics pipelines from the bench to the codebase.

Neuroscience & Optical Methods: Calcium imaging · GEVIs · Optogenetics · In vivo rodent experiments · Transgenic mouse generation · Light-sheet microscopy

Molecular & Cell Biology: CRISPR genome editing · Cloning · Vector design · Neuron culture · Viral vectors · Immunohistochemistry · qPCR

Genomics & Sequencing: NGS library prep · RNAseq · CUT&RUN · MethylSeq · ATACseq

Computational: NGS workflows · GUI & API development · MATLAB · R · Python

Education

Ph.D. Bioengineering
